Refund policy

All items at Freyja's Customs are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selections. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

If your item arrives with a print defect or is damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details and a photo of the defect.
